5. Damages & Lost Packages

Jypsy Sisters is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Unsolicited Goods (Texas Law)

Per Texas Business & Commerce Code Chapter 602, any unsolicited goods sent to you are considered a gift; however, goods sent due to a "bona fide mistake" (such as a shipping error) should be returned to the sender. Please contact us immediately if you receive an incorrect order.
